Reconstruction of Living House

Address: West Berlin, Grunevald region, Podbelsky alley, d. 40

Purpose of reconstruction - enlargement of area of the existing building, built in 1913.

It was planned to arrange representation of a commercial company at the lower and ground floors and to arrange flats at the upper floors.

Two erected wings set the existing building in a frame. The wings  are concealed behind the tiled roof to avoid conflict with the rarity building.
