BLOCK A - building facing the Victory Square - is a BUISNESS CENTER. Windows of offices face the central square of the city, Mayor building, temple, trade complex Kaliningrad 750. BLOCK B - building faces Teatralnaya street - it is a HOTEL COMPLEX of the representative class, which incorporates also conference halls, restaurants, rented offices. Every block is a seven-storeyed building, the working rooms of which are grouped around the atrium space with upper light and open lifts.
