Living House

Building 400 m2

 

Design:

 

Foundation - monolith plate on piles.

 

Frame - steel.

 

Floors and ceilings - reinforced concrete

 

Guarding structure - brick-work, stained-glass wall SCHUCCO

 

Roofing (flat) - monolith plate

 

Shed above the house - pine, pine tiles.

 

 

  Description:

 

House consists of two parts: living (2-storeyed) and auxilliary (one floor).

 

Auxilliary section of the house contains: garage for 2 cars, boiler room, store room, laundry, entrance  lobby.

 

Living section has a continuous stained-glass wall of 2-storeyed height facing the garden.

 

The house of covered with a wooden (cold) shed - protection from overheating, snow and rain.

 

The area is divided by the house into the court-yard and garden.
